DYNAMIK protects your privacy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as a Data Processor and Data Controller.  We collect personal data on the website DYNAMIK.no for use in marketing purposes, analysis, and statistics, as well as improving our services.

 

By accessing, retrieving information from, and/or using associated services on our websites, you consent to our privacy policy.

 

DYNAMIK complies with Norwegian privacy legislation, and both solutions and storage are performed in a way that satisfies strict security requirements. We comply with the legislative requirements for GDPR as envisaged in EU Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679.

What data do we register about you?

DYNAMIK only collects information you provide to us and your use of our services. When you create a user profile with us in DYNAMIK Insight, sign up to receive newsletters from us, or sign up for courses with us, you register, among other things, your contact information. This can be, for example, name, place of residence, telephone number or e-mail address. This information is stored in our database to provide or ensure delivery of the service you have ordered, as well as to improve our services and to prevent fraud. We also store information when you contact us, for example when you send an e-mail to the customer center, so that we can answer your questions.

We record information that users' devices provide and their connection to our services. Examples of such information are type of device, operating system, browser information, IP address and cookies (cookies and pixel tags)

 

What are cookies / pixeltags / cookies?

 

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, mobile or tablet. The files contain information such as settings you make on the website, technical information about the device you log in with, which pages of our website you visit and how you navigate between the different pages.

 

Pixel tags are small graphics with a unique identifier and have the same function as cookies. Pixel tags collect information in the same way as a cookie.

Among other things, we will use your contact information to send you newsletters, send you documents in connection with courses, contact you after an inquiry about support etc. depending on which services you have chosen us to deliver to you.

The information collected is used to analyze the use of the website to improve the user experience for you who visit us online. The cookie is normally stored for the next time you visit the website and is then replaced with a new one with information about your last visit.

 

Division

DYNAMIK shares personal data with others only after a prior data processing agreement, and then as part of the production of its own service. DYNAMIK does not sell personal information to anyone.

Please note that DYNAMIK may be legally obliged to disclose personal data to public authorities, etc. because of a court decision, law or regulation.

 

How is the information deleted?

DYNAMIK retains information you have entered for as long as is necessary in relation to the purpose of the processing and the legal obligations we have.

For example, we will store contact information for users in DYNAMIK Insight for the duration of the Service Agreement. Contact information for sending newsletters and / or course invitations, we store until you unsubscribe from receiving our newsletters and / or course invitations.

 

The information about you we have stored can be deleted by sending an inquiry to our customer center.
